When will my order ship?
Current production time is 1-3 business days. Business days DO NOT include holidays or weekends. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you. All of my products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Typical transit time after shipping: 1-4 days (Mon-Sat).
Damage or Defects:
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. USPS requires all insured orders to have photo proof of the damage. Please take photos right away and send us a message with the photos attached. I will take care of the claim and give you further details after I contact USPS.
Tips on Burning:
** During the first burn, make sure to allow the candle to melt to the edges of the candle. Failure to do so can result in tunneling, poor scent throw, and poor burn times.**Make sure your wick is 1/4" inches long prior to each burn.** Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.** Do not leave the candle unattended while burning.** Keep away from drafts and flammable items.

Wicks:
All natural cotton wicks - No zinc- No Lead Jars; Jars and Lids are purchased from Candle Science.com. Jars are reusable!
Packaging:
Eco-Friendly and Sustainable. We package our candles in recyclable boxes with bio-degradable packing peanuts. Please re-use packing or run peanuts under water. They will dissolve completely! Packing Peanuts– Biodegradable made out of cornstarch. These non-toxic packing peanuts dissolve easily in warm water and will even disintegrate in soil or your compost bin! The cornstarch content in these sustainable peanuts can actually fertilize your plants. (starches spur the release of plant nutrients in the soil, making biodegradable packing peanuts a natural fertilizer for your garden. To fertilize, dissolve the peanuts in a watering can that can be filled with water - use warm water for a quicker dissolution; wait until the starch has completely dissolved, then water your plants as normal.
Returns
If you'd like to return your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if unused and safely returned in their original condition. Used items cannot be returned/refunded. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s).
